Account & Profile

How do I verify my email?+

After signing up, check your inbox for a verification link. If it didn't arrive, go to Settings → Account → Resend verification.

How do I get the Blue Tick?+

Go to Settings → Blue Tick, complete KYC with your Aadhaar/PAN, and submit for review. Approval takes 1–2 business days.

Can I change my username?+

Yes — go to Settings → Account. Usernames can be changed once every 30 days.

How do I delete my account?+

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Jobs & Applications

How do I apply for a job?+

Click any job listing and hit 'Apply Now'. You'll need a verified account and an uploaded resume.

Can recruiters see my profile?+

Only if you set your profile to Public or Open to Work. Control this in Settings → Privacy.

How do I post a job?+

You need a Recruiter account. Go to /recruiter/post-job after upgrading your plan.

Billing & Plans

What payment methods do you accept?+

UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and corporate invoice (for 10+ seat plans).

Can I get a refund?+

Unused plan days are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Email billing@nbfcjob.com.

Is there a free trial?+

All recruiter plans have a 7-day free trial. No credit card required.
